THE SHOP

Half of the building is used for powder coating and the other half is used for show room, machine work, metal fab and chopper building.

In the powder coating side we have an 8’wide 8’high16’ long spray booth, with state of the art air filter and lighting system and top of the line Nordson spray equipment. The oven is electric heated 3’ wide 5’high 7’long computer controlled. Plans our under way to build an 8’wide 8’high16’long gas heated oven to handle the bigger jobs. All media blasting is done in a 8’x 20’container outside.

In the front half we have 13" x 40" gear head lathe, 10" x 32" mill, 20 ton press, Sunen hone 40” break and shear, 255amp Mig and 250 amp Tig welders for what ever your metal needs are.

In the chopper department we have a frame jig and all tooling to do Harley motor and transmission work.
